| The following setup instructions are for Microsoft Windows 2000. |

Step 1. Right click on the My Network Places icon on the desktop. Select Properties. You should see the Network and Dialup connections screen.
Double click the 'Make New Connection' icon. |

Step 2. You should now see the 'Welcome to the Network Connection Wizard' screen.
Click Next. |

Step 3. You're now given a few choices of the type of network connection you want to create. Select 'Dial up to the Internet' and click Next.
Next, select the option to set up your Internet connection manually (the third one) and click Next. |

Step 4. Now, select the method by which you want to connect to the Internet. If you want to have all your Internet applications automatically dial up to our systems, choose 'I connect using a phone line and a modem'. This is the recommended approach. Click Next. |

Step 5. Next, enter in the phone number 847-837-7700. If you are using a remote number, call us. |
Step 6. You should have a button that says 'Advanced'. Click on it, and select the Connection tab. Make sure that under Connection Type, you have 'PPP' selected, and under Logon Procedure you have 'None' selected. Then click OK. Click Next. Enter your username and password here. Make sure your username is in all lowercase 'username'. Your password is also case sensitive - enter it in the case you were given it in. Once you've done that, click Next again. |
Step 7. Type in a name for the connection. You might call it 'Caliber Connections'. Click Next again. |
Step 8. You should be asked now if you want to set up an Internet mail account. If you choose yes, you will be walked through the wizard. You'll need the mail server names (incoming: calcon.net outgoing: mail.calcon.net) and your email address (your username@calcon.net), as well as the account name and password you've already used. Once you've finished, you'll be brought to the end of the wizard. If you choose not to set up your mail account, you will also be brought to the end of the wizard.
Step 9. That's all. Now you can click Finish and double click on the connection icon in your Network and Dialup Connections window and you'll connect to the Internet!
