1. |
This policy applies to individual users and any user that is conducting business using CCC's services. This applies to, but is not limited to, dial-up access, email accounts, hosted domains, and personal webspace for individual users. |

CCC supports the Internet user community’s call to stop indiscriminate and unsolicited advertisements through its services. If we receive any correspondence from anyone notifying us that you have been engaging in this practice, we retain the right to immediately suspend your account and issue a warning. If the warning goes unheeded, we retain the right to terminate your account with no refund of fees. |

CCC reserves the right to decide which sites we host on our servers. If the site is found to: (a) violate any federal, state, or local statutes, rules, or regulations; (b) is offensive or innappropriate; or (c) plainly is a conflict of interest for our corporation, we will terminate your account with no refund of fees. The RESALE of web space on your site is prohibited. |

COPYRIGHT ISSUES - CCC adheres to the Digital Millenium Copyright Act. Please use the following process to notify us if any content on our site or those of our customers infringes your copyrights. All claims of copyright infringement should be in writing and should be directed to CCC's designated agent at the following pl1ostal address or facsimile number: Robert O. Using scripts of any kind is ONLY available for hosted domains. All scripts must be evaluated by CCC prior to their use to ensure no damage will occur as a result of using the script. |

Excessive use of resources (number of hits, email, etc.) for a personal website that is being used for business purposes is prohibited. Personal webspace should only be used in the spirit that we granted it to users in the first place. |

CCC exercises NO control over the content of the information transmitted via its system. CCC makes NO warranties of any kind, whether expressed, written, or implied, for the services or third party software it is providing. CCC will NOT be responsible for any damage you suffer. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions caused by CCC or by your own error or omissions. Use of any information obtained via CCC is at your own risk. CCC specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services. |

CCC may ONLY be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or receipt of any material in violation of any federal, state, or local statutes, rules, or regulations is strictly prohibited. You agree to indemnify CCC from any claims resulting from your use of the service which damages you or another party. |

User agrees that: (a) dial-up Internet connections are for the individual's use ONLY; (b) the security and use of the account, including password is the user's responsibility; (c) The verification that a given phone number on our network is a local call is ultimately the responsibility of the user. (d) user will notify CCC immediately if the user believes that the account has been or is being compromised. Violation may result in termination of service and forfeiture of all remittances made to CCC. |

User agrees to notify CCC in writing of: (a) cancellations; (b) any changes regarding their account information, which includes changes of address, phone number, etc. CCC may discontinue any and all levels of service at it's discretion. Should this happen, accounts wil be refunded on a pro-rated basis. |

Any access to other networks connected to CCC must comply with the rules and regulations for the other network. Connectivity is provided for yourself only. Resale of the connection by the user is prohibited. |

12. |
Any attempts to engineer or construct methods to send and/or retrieve significantly large amounts of new and/or old email outside of the normal transport methods and dedicated connectivity is prohibited. |

13. |
Unreasonably excessive use of time or resources on our dial-up connection lines and/or servers is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to connections that are connected for more than 6 consecutive hours in one day, excessive use of email and Usenet groups. |

14. |
Sign-ups occurring from the 1st to the 7th of the month are considered as having been granted their 'month free' for that month. Sign-ups occurring from the 8th to the 21st of the month will be charged $8.50, approximately 1/2 of a month, the following month. Start ups occurring on or after the 22nd of a month will be given the remaining month and the next month free. |

Billing cycles are from the first of each month to the last day of that month. ALL invoices/fee reminders will be sent via email before the start of the new month and payment must be received within 2 weeks into the new month or service interruption will occur until remittance is received. This interruption does not relieve you from the obligation to pay the monthly charge. Only a written request to terminate your account relieves you of your obligation to pay the monthly charge. If any remittance is returned to us unpaid, you will be immediately charged a $25 returned check fee. If you default, you agree to pay CCC its reasonable expenses, including, but not limited to, attorney and collection agency fees, incurred in enforcing its rights under these Terms and Conditions. |

CCC reserves the right to change the rates and otherwise modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes shall be posted on the CCC web page (http://www.calcon.net). All remittances to CCC for the current month are non-refundable unless it can be shown that the account or service is clearly defective. Any advance remittances will be returned. |

17. |
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with Terms and Conditions of any order submitted. Use of CCC Internet services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. |
